- AFAshlee Gomez Fermin5 days ago1.0I ordered a meal online using the mobile app to pick up through drive-through, and when we got there all was fine until we got to the last window and they told us— at the window— to go into a parking spot which required us to back up, forcing us into the line, and into the spot. We waited for over 10 minutes for our food to come out, watching at least five cars get their food in the drive-through before a person came out with our food. When we got home we realized that they also gave us the wrong beverage. Every time we come to this location, there’s always an issue, but this takes the cake.

She closed the window on my face and ignored us. Then came back after chatting with someone and gave us the sauce, said “just go”, closed window. As if we were complaining about having to pay for a simple sauce. No manners whatsoever, light-skin Hispanic girl with glasses. It’s just funny, so miserable.
