After years of mobile ordering at this location, I won’t be back. We parked while waiting on a mobile order and briefly stepped into another store in the plaza. In less than 10 minutes, our car was towed. Nearby employees said the tow company watches for anyone who leaves the lot. When I spoke to the manager, she said the tow driver only comes in to ask for owners. Additionally we were towed so quickly we never had a chance to respond and show our mobile order receipt. She sarcastically suggested we should have stayed in our car while waiting. If that’s the policy, there should be clear signage. Instead, customers are left vulnerable at the processes of their shady tow company. Plenty of other McDonald's locations nearby — this one isn’t worth the risk.

It’s one thing to call it in after a car is there for a long time but to wait and stare and call right when someone gets there is too much. Horrible policy and will never recommend this place to anyone.
