That’s the only reason I came back today. I walked in, said hello, and got… blank stares. No greeting, no welcome — I had to say hello TWICE just to get acknowledged. When I explained what their staff told me, they acted like I was making it up, girls behind the counter giggled, another went to the bathroom and acted like it wasnt her business and refused to honor it. I even said they could check the footage of the girl previously explaining this to me earlier in the week to confirm I wasn’t lying. If you care about your business and your customers, you honor what your employees say. Instead, this felt like a bait-and-switch and being treated like I’m trying to scam a free lunch. I would’ve stayed and been a repeat customer (like i have been before this) but I walked out instead. Treat people better and stand by your word.
