At the window, I got the lattes, but no donut. When I calmly asked, she acted surprised and said she hadn’t heard or charged for it. I was still polite, hoping she’d correct it. Instead, she raised her voice, insisting she didn’t hear. In freezing weather, early morning, customers don’t have time to argue. A simple correction and apology would have fixed it, but instead, I left disappointed with poor service.
