    legitimately the worst dunkin i have ever been to. three times now i have had mediocre service and even worse food and drink. support local businesses and go to the place across the street if you want to have a good meal and kind people taking your order.

    Follow Up Experience Confirms the Problem Is This Employee and Management After leaving this location, I went to another Dunkin and placed the same type of order without mentioning what had just happened. The employee there listened carefully, rang me up correctly, and made my order perfectly with no attitude at all. There was no rushing, no arguing, and no mistakes. That confirmed what I already knew. The problem is not the customer. The problem is the employee at this location and the lack of proper management oversight. What makes this even worse is that the behavior felt deliberately disrespectful and targeted, not just careless. Customers should never feel talked down to, dismissed, or treated with hostility simply for ordering and paying for food. That is not customer service. That is misconduct. Management needs to take responsibility for who they put behind the counter. This employee clearly lacks basic professionalism, listening skills, and respect. If staff are not properly interviewed, trained, and monitored, situations like this will continue to happen. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly urge management to address this issue immediately before more customers are treated the same way.

    I don’t know what could be so hard, You can’t even hear what the employees are saying at the drive thru speaker, second they mess up on my order, and when i asked them to make a simple coffee it has a bland taste it doesn’t even taste normal, it’s nice to have a 24 hour drive thru around, but do better dunkin!

    Terrible customer service from the employee at the counter. He was rude from the moment we walked in. no greeting, no eye contact, no basic courtesy at all. The attitude was cold and dismissive even before we placed our order. To make it worse, the order was made incorrectly, and when I politely pointed it out, he became difficult instead of fixing the mistake. No apology, no professionalism, just continued rudeness. The entire experience felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming from start to finish. This review is for other customers: if you expect basic respect and decent service when ordering a coffee, I strongly recommend avoiding this location until management addresses the behavior of their staff.

    They messed up my order just yesterday. They didn’t give my receipt. I tried to call them, no one answered after calling 12 times. I called today, the guy answered the phone. When he answered the phone I asked for the manager. I asked for him His name was Ali and after asking for the manager, he said he was the Manager. I told him my order was wrong. I told him about the 12 times I called when nobody picked up and he said “the phone was in the office so nobody could pick up and the office was locked.” After complaining about my wrong order he asked what time I could come to pick up my order. I said at 3:30 and went at 3:30. He asked for my name and he told me to say that Ali said that Loni will come pick up her bagel when I Come. When I went to pick up my order I said exactly that, they were confused. They asked me for the reciept and I told them what happened and that they didn’t give me a receipt yesterday. They said I have to come back and talk with the manager. The manager was apparently in the bathroom at the time and a woman. The female manager came and said to give the order and said sorry and she asked if I wanted a drink. She asked if I wanted an extra bagel. The young guy who messed up my order was there. He had no name tag on. Nobody had a name tag on. I asked for his name, he wouldn’t give his name. After saying I wanted to make a complaint he gave me his name and gave my attitude. After I left I called the store 6 times and nobody picked up.
