Highly recommend ppl to not come here. The entire staff is unprofessional. 3rd time in a week span that i was not pleased with the customer service… at all 2/10 wouldn’t recommend.

A staff member told me she would look for the key, but instead, she continued chatting casually with other staff and made no effort to help. It was clear she wasn’t interested in assisting. I eventually had to take my coffee and leave to a nearby laundromat. Extremely unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. This is not how customers should be treated — especially when health issues are involved. Definitely not visiting this location again.
