- JDJosue DiazOct 9, 20251.0Be careful when parking when you go to this place, there are some people in the parking lot who put boots on cars with a paper on the window, so you call and pay to have the boot removed. I think it's a scam or something. As soon as I walked into Dunkin', I saw they were putting a boot on me and went to complain so they could take it off. It's a public place to shop at stores like Dunkin', Popeyes, etc., not a private parking lot like they say.

The ice cream was completely MELTED!! None of the directions were followed all of them had NUTS and Chocolate one included cookie dough bits. How hard is it to follow directions for ice cream! I will never order from this place again.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
