  I'm a regular customer that comes here often and I received the wrong deli order due to a mix-up by an employee who should have known my usual order. When I returned to fix it, the employee corrected the mistake, but a female manager then blamed me. She gave me the refund but decided to lecture me that the item had been opened due to me checking it, and that she can't sell it anymore because of that, instead of apologizing for the mix up, she catches an attitude with me. I had never experienced this before and I've been coming here for over two decades.

  I played lottery and won so I come to cash my tickets and they refused to cash them... I asked for a manager and they refused to cash them ...

  I gave this store 3 stars mainly because of the high prices and the very cramped layout—there’s almost no room to maneuver a grocery cart. The meat section looks neglected and has a strong unpleasant odor, and the produce section rarely has anything fresh. Security is also a concern; if you leave personal items on your cart, there’s a good chance they won’t be there when you return. The only positive is that the shelves are always fully stocked, making it okay for picking up a few items. I wouldn’t do a full grocery run here—my go-to is still ShopRite.
