Every time I order through the drive-thru, I’m told to pull around and park in front of the store, then end up waiting over 5 minutes. What’s worse is that I’ve had to go inside to pick up my food myself, even though I specifically chose the drive-thru for convenience. Meanwhile, my order is just sitting on the counter instead of being brought out. This completely defeats the purpose of using the drive-thru. It’s inconvenient and disappointing, and I hope management addresses this issue.
