We received no chili, the wrong drink, the wrong ice cream without even knowing if I’m allergic to Oreo, the fries were awful, and the burger tasted terrible. I mean at this point it feels intentional and personal. This is extremely frustrating and upsetting, especially considering the amount of money we spent on delivery. It’s unbelievable—were they even paying attention, or were they under the influence? I’ve never experienced anything like this in customer service. I’ll be reporting it to corporate first thing in the morning.
