Absolutely horrible experience I ordered a meal and didn’t get syrup for my iced coffee I paid for large fries were half empty and drive thru experience was horrendous and from the drive through they told me to wait in front of the window towards the exit where all other cars also have to exit from then a lady comes yelling and screaming at the widow I’m supposed to be at and I have to drive around to get back onto the parking lot. Horrible experience I recommend going to any other McDonald’s just not this one.

A constant, foul smell of urine, seven days a week. Dirty hallways. I can't even begin to rate the hygiene. It could improve, yes, but I'd close it down if it continues like this.

Very poor customer service. There were people waiting to be served, and the employees walked right past us and ignored us, and they also ignored the DoorDash and UberEats delivery drivers because they were only talking in the back. They were rude when speaking to customers, and people were complaining. Apparently it's always like this at this establishment.
