First I would like to state that this was my first time ever going in and I was greeted not with a hi how are you doing it was what do you want so I knew from the jump the guy taking my order has a very bad attitude and didn’t want to be there. Saying that I work in the food service industry so customer service is keys to returning customers. Not only did he not listen to me while i was ordering but also he made my drink wrong. He yelled at me when i told him it was incorrect and for my husband to have to raise his voice was not called for but he doesn’t not stand people disrespecting me. Now the girl who got me my return I very appreciate you for being so nice and apologizing for the issue. You deserve to be running that dunkin.

Tonight my order was taken by Esteban, and he gave me attitude, got my order wrong, and I was missing items. I asked for caramel drizzle with no mocha drizzle, and I didn’t receive the donuts I paid for. I even have a photo of the mistake. This isn’t the first time either. On another visit, Gleismett gave me attitude and was so disrespectful that another employee had to switch in for her. If you don’t want to work, then don’t — but customers shouldn’t have to deal with disrespectful tone, wrong orders, and unprofessional behavior. I do not appreciate the way this location is handling service.
