    Food always cold, they worry about time rather than quality. Ordered coffee with regular milk and 1 pump caramel, the coffee was full of sugar and very little coffee. Had to throw away. Hash browns cold and hard, and this is happening to often. The people are nice but quality is horrible

    I usually have a good experience at this location it’s my local location however this morning my boyfriend went in to get me a drink, he placed an order on the Dunkin app for a LARGE iced coffee and when he goes in to pick it up they tell him they don’t have the LARGE cups and can only give him the MEDIUM cup, he understood but was also trying to get his Money’s worth as clearly it’s not our fault if the shop does not have the supplies needed, he spoke to a male employee there which he was very kind and respectful however as my boyfriend asked him if there’s anything that can be done to get his moneys worth the male employee asked his super visor, the female super visor came with nasty attitude and rude tone for absolutely no reason and did not care to listen, she completely dismissed his concerns, as a supervisor that was very unprofessional and embarrassing to have someone like that be a “LEAD” that’s unacceptable behavior, I like to think if you hate your job maybe find something else that would make you happy, this is not the first time this happens here but this was today 2/10/26 at 7:20 am, I really do hope something gets done with the way some employees are with the customers, being kind goes a long way and I wish he would’ve gotten the names of the employees but no one wears name tags there.

    Very unprofessional service the worst customer service . The counter employee was aggressive, yelling, and complaining in Spanish about his workload instead of helping customers . He spoke to me very disrespectfully when I politely asked to use the bathroom after ordering. This was my first and last visit. I don’t recommend this place.

    So I just had the worst experience in this dunkin. First I would like to state that this was my first time ever going in and I was greeted not with a hi how are you doing it was what do you want so I knew from the jump the guy taking my order has a very bad attitude and didn’t want to be there. Saying that I work in the food service industry so customer service is keys to returning customers. Not only did he not listen to me while i was ordering but also he made my drink wrong. He yelled at me when i told him it was incorrect and for my husband to have to raise his voice was not called for but he doesn’t not stand people disrespecting me. Now the girl who got me my return I very appreciate you for being so nice and apologizing for the issue. You deserve to be running that dunkin.
