  The African-American guy is a great person and has a big heart, but the Latina girl who served us had a terrible attitude. On top of that, they took an hour to serve us. The experience was awful.

  Delivery instructions were to leave the food on the front porch. No contact delivery. Driver called to say he would not be parking and that we had to meet him half way down the block to get our food. I have a driveway he could have pulled into so parking was not an issue. Extremely rude and lazy delivery drivers.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Dominion’s on Main Ave in Passaic. The food arrived cold, and several items from my order were missing. When I reached out for help, the customer service was unprofessional and dismissive. Management was rude and showed no interest in resolving the issue or taking responsibility. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this location based on the quality of food and lack of basic customer service.

  They took very long to get me my order, when I got my order they were missing my soda and the delivery guy said he would be back in 5 minutes. After 5 minutes passed I called the restaurant and a very disrespectful man answered the phone and told me I had to wait 20 minutes as it wasn’t there fault they forgot my pizza and they were stacked with orders. We called back 20 minutes later and have been on hold for 5 minutes already. Terrible customer service and experience.
