Cuando pregunté al encargado del pasillo 9 por unas velas, él me gritó de manera irrespetuosa y nunca me miró a los ojos. Me indicó que las velas estaban en el pasillo 6, pero al dirigirme allá, no las encontré. Más tarde, hablé directamente con usted. En lugar de recibir una respuesta amable y profesional, usted insinuó que yo no soy una persona decente. Su actitud me pareció prepotente y con intención de discutir, lo cual fue muy decepcionante, sobre todo viniendo del dueño. Si realmente conociera el buen servicio al cliente, habría ido usted mismo a buscar el artículo en lugar de generar tensión. Sin embargo, quiero destacar que recibí un excelente servicio por parte de dos cajeras y del encargado de la carnicería. Ese señor es una persona sumamente decente y sabe cómo tratar a los clientes con respeto y atención. El buen servicio al cliente es fundamental, especialmente por parte del dueño, y espero que tome esta retroalimentación en serio para mejorar la experiencia de todos sus clientes.
