  I’ve had repeated issues with Domino’s drivers not following delivery instructions when ordering through Uber. Despite clearly noting that the order needs to be delivered to the apartment door, drivers have refused or failed to do so. This recently created a serious issue—my handicapped brother was forced to leave the apartment, with an infant, to retrieve the order. That is completely unacceptable and defeats the purpose of delivery, especially when accessibility is a concern. There needs to be better accountability and adherence to delivery instructions, particularly when customers rely on this service due to physical limitations.

  Poor customer service. Ordered pacific veggie w chicken no tomato, called and spoke to a guy named alvani, very bad customer service.

  The African-American guy is a great person and has a big heart, but the Latina girl who served us had a terrible attitude. On top of that, they took an hour to serve us. The experience was awful.
