  Goated drinks with goated service. Hailey was amazing and got us to get more than just basic smoothie flavors. Banger!

  I’m giving this place two stars strictly because of the venue—not the food. My husband and I came here on March 7, 2026, looking for something healthy, but the moment we walked in, we were hit with a strong, foul odor that smelled like garbage. I said something immediately and even looked toward who appeared to be the manager—a tall Indian man—but nothing was addressed. I also mentioned it to the front staff, but I’m assuming they’ve become so accustomed to the smell that they no longer notice it. It was so bad I had to step out and stay outside until my order was ready. So did another customer that came after us. That said, the service during ordering was actually great, and I did enjoy the smoothie I chose. My only other concern is that some of the fresh ingredients didn’t appear to be properly covered, which you can see in my video. Pricing-wise, one shake comes out to about $10.69 with tax—it’s a large drink, so that part felt reasonable. My advice to management: keep the space clean and make sure garbage is taken out promptly. It really impacts the first impression, no matter how good the product is.

  They had a problem with their app & would not redeem my points. Told me its an ongoing glitch & wouldnt honor my points & made me pay Guy on duty gave me a discount as his manager couldn't care less. This so called glitch, has been ongoing for over 12 months now There is no phone number for corporate at all online, which shows that the company is an absolute scam and does not honor anything. Amazes me how these companies these days have no customer service and could not care less. Explains as to why so many stores close down as corporate clearly doesn't care about their franchisees either.
