Even if it’s 10 below or down ring a hurricane. And if there are cars on the drive thru you are required to wait for all cars in drivethru to be done with their orders. Even new orders get priority. Worse experience was me showing up and my orders were already done. No one on drivethru but they just stood there and didn’t get my food. 4 minutes later 4 cars pulled into drivethru. All 4 were served and received food before I got my orders. I didn’t get them from the people behind counter, the girl cleaning spotted me at window and walked over and got them for me. They had been sitting on the to-go rack the whole time. The idea that this food was ready and they refused to give it to me is upsetting, not just for me but for the customer who received cold food.
