    I will never step foot in this restaurant again unless I’m told the manager Darwin no longer works there. The way he was treating me and several other guests was appalling.

    Wendys is a hit ot miss. We can have fresh food served or sloppy made sandwiches and nuggets that have been sitting there for hours. Isnt there a standard that must be followed? The rewards app is all crazy backwards. I never get the rewards I tell them I have.

    I usually never have a bad experience at this location and I’m very friendly with all the workers but today was absolutely disgusting. I placed an order for pick up on uber eats like I have before with no issue. When I get there my order with my name is not on the pick up counter. I asked the lady at the register, who also had a tag on her shirt named MANAGER, if it was ready and she said what’s the name. I gave her my name and she said we don’t have it. She then tried to take the person after me without any explanation. I asked her “you don’t have it?” It says it’s ready to be picked up now”. She just keeps looking at me and saying we don’t have it rolling her eyes. I said okay so what do I do? I have my receipt and order on my phone on the uber app. She said “maybe someone picked it up and took your order, call uber”. I said “call uber ?? If someone stole from your store? Can I speak to someone else???” She then rolled her eyes and called someone over in Spanish. Luckily the other lady that helped me was EXTREMELY nice and said she sees I ordered obviously and for the right location and will just make me my order. But that manager lady?! What kind of manager dismisses a paying customer and rolls her eyes as if customer service isn’t a part of her JOB. The last manager needs to be trained on CUSTOMER SERVICE

    I ordered a Dave's double with no lettuce tomato or onion and they gave me a Dave's double with lettuce tomato and onion. So why order ? Why not just roll up to the window and let them give me whatever they want? I will never eat at another wendys again because of this single incident.

    I needed to compliment and thank the manager at 1860 route 10 Parsippany NJ for being so accommodating yesterday afternoon. I made a mistake and ordered a mobile order at a different location in east Hanover and she was so kind that she replaced my order. I’m sorry that I didn’t get her name but wanted to say thank you again.
