It’s a great location with a drive-through that should be busy, but it’s always empty and after my experiences, I understand why. I went through the drive-through with no cars behind me. I realized I had forgotten my debit card and needed to pay with cash, so I was taking a moment to get it ready. The window was closed, which was fine since I wasn’t ready yet. As soon as the employee who is consistently rude opened the window, he immediately yelled the price of the coffee at me. I paid and calmly said, “Take it easy, brother.” He responded by snapping back that he can’t keep the window open because it’s cold. If it’s such a problem, you shouldn’t be working the drive-through. Unfortunately, this wasn’t a one-time issue. Every visit here has involved rude behavior from the staff. I gave this place multiple chances, but I’m not going to spend my money somewhere that makes customers feel rushed and humiliated. On top of that, the coffee tasted like water not fresh also. Won’t be coming back.
