Since last 3 weeks, they have been giving half the regular quantity, while charging same price for the take aways. First 2 times, I thought its a genuine mistake. But finally understood they are intentionally doing it. Lost the trust and decided never to buy from there. Advice for other take away buyers - please make sure to check quantity before leaving premises. Or, dont buy from them. Go to some other branch or prepare at home and have hearty meal.

When I asked to use it, the manager on duty told me that they only had large chips available, so she couldn’t honor the offer. She then told me to come back the next day and make another purchase if I wanted to use the code. The problem wasn’t about the chips — it was the principle and the lack of customer value. It didn’t make sense that I couldn’t receive the regular-size chips simply because only the large size was in stock. Being told “I can’t do that” by a manager, even when it was clearly an easy substitution, felt dismissive and unprofessional.
