Everytime I go here, the employees have an attitude and show through their actions that they do not want to be there. Tonight was the icing on the cake. We arrived and they did not have white rice, black beans, pico de gallo, fajita veggies, guacamole, and the list goes on! OH! And the soda machine was broken. People were walking out left and right. There have been many times that I’ve give this place a chance. Sorry, but this branch needs some serious help. Fix it!

They don't even know how to make burritos, they look at each other's faces, it was impossible to even find a table to eat my food. Even though there were only 3 customers, the tables were very dirty. I don't think there is a manager here. Disgrace!!!

Saw employee take a customer's phone to read an order because he wasn't ordering fast enough. Tables were a mess, drink and condiment area a disaster. There were no forks or ice. Had to get fork from cashier but she refused to get ice for drink definitely would not return to this restaurant!

You cannot call the store, no one answers and you are blocked by an automated system that doesn’t allow you to connect. It suggests to go online to support, which initiates a chat. I got to a certain point where the chat disconnected me said it put me in touch with a live agent and nobody ever came to speak to me. Bottom line: It is unacceptable to not be able to contact a human at the store.
