  Ordered delivery from their website on Super Bowl Sunday (do not recommend) and it took 3 and a half hours to be delivered. We ordered before the game even started and it was almost over by the time we got 2 orders of wings and 2 sides. No one answered the phone when we called to check on the order multiple times. They use door dash drivers and when I got the contact information for ours he said he had been waiting 50 minutes already for our order and someone else’s. Restaurant must be poorly managed. Food was cold of course when it eventually arrived and was mostly correct but missing the sides of carrots/celery we paid for. Just not a great experience for what should be a staple business day for a wing restaurant.

  Terrible Super Bowl experience! Ordered 150 wings a week ahead for a 1pm pick up time. Prepaid and pre-tipped. Showed up at 1:15pm to pick up my order and was told it was for pick up at 5:40pm!! No where on my copy of the order did it say 5:40pm - it clearly said 1pm pick up time. They said sorry that's the way it goes. When I asked why they couldn't just give me some other wings that were ready, they said that they were reserved for people who had ordered them! (Irony totally lost on this team!) I showed them my prepaid order and said - you mean like this one?! Had to sit there for 30 minutes while they made up new order. Then they bring out a bag with 150 wings stuffed into one bag - so the bottom box was absolutely crushed. None of the three boxes were labeled so we had to play "guess the wing". And they forgot all of the celery/carrots. Never again.
