  This place is like home away from home! Enjoy coming here so often and when I do I get the lucky chance to have Jianni as my server. Whether this guy is bartending or serving, he is so great at what he does and brings such a great spark to this location!

  We went to BWW, Sunday, 12/28. We ordered Margaritas, specifically said, "no salt and no sugar om glasses." Drinks took a minimum of 10 minutes to make it to the table, this included 1 other mixed drink and a beer on tap. Both Maragritas were loaded with salt on the rims. I said to the waitress, "next round no salt or sugar," while I wiped away the salt from both drinks. Her response, "Sure no problem." I said, Good, because that is was our original order, but we got salt on the rim." Her response, "Oh." We both took a sip from our drinks. They tasted like salt water with a little flavor of Margarita. My husband asked for the Manager. That took another 5 minutes foe him to get there. My husband tried to explain the problem with the Margarita flavoring, and the Manger didn't undrstand, but did replace the drinks. When the Mgr. served the drinks, he spilled mine on my pants. He asked my husband, "Is there anything else I can get you? My reaponse to him, "How about a server that doesn't spill drinks on me?" The Mgr. asked what I said, so I repeated it. He replied , "I didn't spill the drink on you. I said, Yes you did. He argued with me, stating he didn't spill it. I asked, Then why I wiping mtself? His response, It must have come from the table. I said, No you spilled the drink on me. Finally, he acknowledged his error and apologized. We barely saw thw waitress, and when we did she would take our order and approximately 15 minutes to fill the drink order. There were seven of us, so even though the service is very questionable, BWW tacks an 18% tip on it. My only recourse is to write this review, because my displeasure with the Manager's service didn't affect him, this was demonstrated through his arguing. You can't expect the wait staff to improve if the management doesn't acknowledge error. DON'T GO TO BBW, UNLESS YOU EXPECT HORRIBLE SERVICE BY DEFENSIVE MGMT.

  Ambiance is good… but I have a problem when they actually ask you if the food was ok and you give constructive feedback. I’ve been going there since it was first opened and the quality of the actual food has gone down. What makes it worse is when I stated that the cheese curds had a chicken taste, the manager said the oil was clean. My concern was more about, why are you cooking fries and cheese curds and anything else that’s not chicken in the same oil! That’s messed up as I see it. I don’t want to taste overused oil for chicken products along with something that isn’t suppose to taste like chicken. Sometimes people just need to speak their minds and tell them the truth. Maybe this will help with getting more customers in. Beer is always fresh. I like the ambiance. But this place has been losing customers and I know why. They don’t focus on the food end product. So hopefully someone reads this and makes changes. I’ll be back. I’m not a troll. I paid my bill and left a nice tip because it’s not anyone’s fault. Just look into food quality issues and things will be better.
