  Pizza is nasty and they change the sausage no good it taste like they use spam didn’t even even taste like sausage. What a disgrace.

  This place is terrible. I haven't ordered dominos in probably 8 or 9 years now because the last time I ordered, the cheese was foul and the pizza was absolutely disgusting. Well, it's been a while, and allegedly this location is under "new management." I just called them at 10:45pm, and they're open till midnight today. After being on hold for 5+ minutes, some guy finally answers. I ask, "Could I place an order for delivery?" he literally says "no" in a very rude tone and immediately hangs up. I'm speaking to corporate about this interaction because, never in my life, have I attempted to order food anywhere and gotten hung up on without any explanation. If the delivery driver was too busy or something, I would have gladly picked it up, but I have no clue why I couldn't place an order for delivery.

  Very Bad Experience – Do NOT Recommend My friend ordered a few pizzas from this shop on Saturday, March 7, and it turned into a horrible experience. After eating the pizza, my kids, my friend’s kids, and another friend’s entire family all got food poisoning. Everyone was vomiting the whole night, and it took two full days to recover. The hygiene standards at this place are extremely poor. The staff do not wear masks, do not use gloves, and overall appear highly unhygienic. Given the serious health issues we experienced, this is completely unacceptable. This was a scary and painful experience for multiple families. Please do not eat from this shop if you care about your health.

  I recently placed an order through the Domino’s Pizza mobile app, which indicated that my pizza was ready for pickup at 199 Littleton Rd, Parsipanny, NJ. However, when I arrived at the store, I was informed that the order was not ready and I ultimately had to wait approximately 30 additional minutes. I brought this to the attention of an employee named Luis, explaining that the app had marked the order as ready. I was told that if the order was placed through the app, the store is not responsible for the timing reflected there. Additionally, I was told that if I was relying on the app that much, I should “pick up the pizza through the app,” which was confusing and did not address the issue. During this interaction, the employee also used inappropriate language toward me, which was unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers rely on accurate order status updates to plan their pickup time. Clear communication and respectful customer service are essential for a positive experience. I hope this issue is addressed so other customers do not encounter the same situation.
