  Raul is always so nice and for some reason the chicken nuggets here taste so much better than the surrounding Wendy’s.

  Everything was great except for the fact that the cashier girl couldn't speak English well enough to get our orders correct, so aside from the cheese on my wife's burger that wasn't supposed to be there and the lack of caramel in my caramel swirl frosty things were great 👍

  This was a pathetic excuse for service. We do not eat bacon, yet this location ignored our clear instructions and loaded it onto both the burger and the potato. It doesn’t matter why we don't eat it—we ordered it that way, and your staff completely failed at the simplest part of their job. To make matters worse, half the order was missing: no nuggets, no drink, and no sides. It’s like the people working here can’t even read a receipt. We paid for a full meal and ended up with a bag of wrong food and missing items. This place is a disaster. Save your money and go literally anywhere else where the staff actually pays attention.

  The food is always pretty decent however the drive through staff Monday evenings specifically the women the last few times I’ve been, barely speak. You say hello, they stare. You say thank you when they give the food they look and close the window. If they are nonverbal, my apologies but a wave would be nice. I understand if the food is good/decent I should be happy however customer service is a dying art.
