But I was pleasantly surprised to find a very engaging staff with a vibrant environment. Lenin stood out as he greeted each customer and hand delivered all the orders. It caught me off guard and I thanked him for being so kind. Thanks again Lenin!!!

He was very kind the first time I came in yesterday, and this made me return for a second time today to study and have their delicious chicken noodle soup. I also liked the creme brule latte. But back to Lenny's customer service, he remembered me and asked how I was doing and thanked me for coming. in addition, he handed out samples to the customers that were dining there. The seating area is cozy and clean. I look forward to making this my regular new study spot. I am glad panera values good customer service.
