It doesn’t matter why we don't eat it—we ordered it that way, and your staff completely failed at the simplest part of their job. To make matters worse, half the order was missing: no nuggets, no drink, and no sides. It’s like the people working here can’t even read a receipt. We paid for a full meal and ended up with a bag of wrong food and missing items. This place is a disaster. Save your money and go literally anywhere else where the staff actually pays attention.

You say hello, they stare. You say thank you when they give the food they look and close the window. If they are nonverbal, my apologies but a wave would be nice. I understand if the food is good/decent I should be happy however customer service is a dying art.
