She walked away I was confused. When she came back to the window I told her it’s not mine and she got sooooo nasty with me! She said “Well you should have told me when I handed it to you, I can’t take it back” as I was still speaking and trying to explain that I was confused, she closed the drive thru window in my face and walked away. excuse me?? It’s not my fault you are not paying attention. It’s just a soda! You don’t talk or treat paying customers that way for YOUR mistake. This is the 2nd time she got nasty to me at the window. Another time when i asked for sauce she yelled that it’s in the bag. I will not be visiting this location and I will be contacting corporate. Her attitude needs to be addressed.
