  Walked in today to order food - we were the first in line with no one in front of us. The girl behind the counter would not even acknowledge us. It took approximately 5 min for her to turn to the register. When she did, she stood there staring at us, then finally raised her eyebrows as if to say 'Ya, what do you want???' I ordered my food and then I had to be the one to tell my husband and children to order. She said NOTHING. After we ordered she whispered the total ans tells us "your number 7" and looks in the direction of a pile of table tags. I said okay thanks and she stares at me and looks back over at the table tags indicating I should reach over the counter to where she is standing to pick up the table tag. I hand her the cash and she hands me $7. (My change back was $9.01). I explain that she short changed me and she looks at me again like Im wrong, never saying a word. I proceed to count the change in front of her and she whispers "my bad" and pulls $2 out. I could have left it alone and walked away from an already horrendous customer experience, but I asked for the penny to which she replied that they dont have pennies. I said, well Im owed a penny and if you dony have that, then please provide me with a nickel, but that I was owed my change. She then says again "we dont have pennies, and I cant give you a nickel because it would short change me". I asked if it was okay to short change a customer. She then walks in the back and says "I have a lady out there arguing with me that she wants a penny." (Its an open kitchen and for the record I was polite and never raised my voice.) They say something and she comes out and hands me a nickel. I replied thank you and she just stared at me. After walking to find a table I started thinking that she probably was going to do something to my food. She came out when the food was ready, dropped it at the table and walked away. What a horrendous experience. She was completely bothered by the fact that she had a job to do. Ill never go back there again. What a complete waste of $60.

  One of the bad customers service ever I order 1 burger sandwich only with 1 drink the charge me $14.90 with out FF and the guy was soo rude

  Chili Cheese fries are nostalgic and flavor bomb. They should make a chili burger. Beverage taste great. Milk shakes are solid!
