As im entering my order the cashier begins to announce that it would be 15minutes+ of a wait on food. So as im waiting for food i asked the cashier for a water cup and she pointed to the kitchen and said “can you ask them.” With an already overwhelmed kitchen, i couldnt/wouldnt dare ask for more. She wasnt just rude to me but she wasnt a team player to her coworkers. Not to mention i saw a stack of water cups sitting infront of her. I understand its busy and i get being overwhelmed but her response was uncalled for. I hope her day was better after the rush.
