Somehow this location has turned “fast food” into a 30+ minute endurance test. While customers piled up at the drive-thru and pickup window, the staff was busy holding a gift exchange in the back - on company time - completely ignoring paying customers. I sat at the pickup window with others for over half an hour just to give my order name, never mind actually receiving the food. And the staff? Not even glancing our way when we rang the bell or knocked on the window, just completely ignoring us on purpose so as not to interrupt their social time. See video of 4 different people waiting, this was already at 15 minutes in before even more people trickled in, also to be ignored.
And before anyone assumes this was a one-off: it wasn’t. This is always how this McDonald’s operates. Ordering is consistently a mess, pickup is a chore, and customers are treated less like customers and more like an inconvenience interrupting the staff’s social hour.
Hands down the worst McDonald’s in the tri-state area. The dysfunction starts at management and trickles all the way down. If you value your time, your patience, or your sanity, go literally anywhere else.

Extremely unreliable workers! I want to say so many things but my 1 star should tell anybody reading this that this location is packed full of incompetent workers! The franchise owner should fire everybody starting with the manager!

Someone stole my uber eats pickup on 12/4/25 at approximately 10:10 pm. It was a guy who came running in, took the bag (I saw the code) and ran into his white truck towards the entrance of the parking lot, and proceeded to take off. You will see this in your cameras easily.
