- GRG R5 days ago1.0Ordered Burger and well Done fries and when i received my fries they were soggy & warm. When i asked the little Dude Manager she said she couldnt do the fries i had in my hand! Was like She didnt want to be working! Not helpful at all and Horrible customer Service for or Team leader or Manager. Will never eat from there Again! Horrible!!!

They're wrapped in Aluminum foil so bad to hide their mess, I can't believe they did that. When I called the store, I was met with rude, dismissive staff who told me it wasn’t their problem and even accused me of lying. I wasn’t asking for a refund—just trying to get help—but the way I was treated was so unprofessional, I’ll never go back. Extremely disappointing experience.
