  Closed early on Thursday Jan 29th. Got there at 8:40pm, but they were going home. Hope they didn't cheat on their time cards.

  I’ve been coming to this location for years, but lately the experience has gone downhill. The newer staff seem poorly trained, and the manager appears to be the only one who really knows what he’s doing. I placed my order about five minutes before arriving and still waited another ten minutes after I got there. During that time, I witnessed a new male employee substitute coffee milk for oat milk in another customer’s drink without telling them. The customer complained that their drink tasted like coffee when it shouldn’t have, and only then did the employee admit to the substitution. What concerned me even more was seeing that same male employee tell the barista making my drink to substitute oat milk with coffee milk as well. Thankfully, she refused and instead informed me that they were out of oat milk and gave me the option to choose a substitute. This lack of care is genuinely dangerous — many people have serious milk allergies or intolerances. When customers are paying around $6 per drink, they should receive exactly what they ordered, or at the very least be informed of any substitutions.

  If I were you, I'd run far away from this place. Seriously, this Dunkin' is a total mess: horrible location, horrible staff, and the quality is garbage. The whole restaurant looks old and is flat-out dirty. My order was a joke. I asked for 50 Munchkins and they ripped me off, giving me only 48. I was crystal clear: I wanted only Jelly, Glazed, and Chocolate Glazed flavors. And guess what? They messed that up, too, throwing in those gross Boston Kreme ones. Me and my friends hate Boston Kreme, and even if we didn't, there was barely any cream inside! Same exact fail with the Jelly Munchkins—they had almost no jelly. It was such a HUGE letdown. I really wish they had done their job right. I absolutely hate writing bad reviews, but when the service is this trashy multiple times, it’s not okay. I know other people who have been through this, and other reviews online say the exact same things: wrong orders, burned food, and incomplete items are just the normal here. They seriously need to get it together.
