We were not even greeted by the woman who was working, she actually walked away when we first arrived , and proceeded to act like we were bothering her as we were ordering. I am not sure if it’s because of how we present, and maybe this establishment only has a certain “look” of people who they feel like deserve quality service. We are very empathetic by nature and understand that everyone has their own lives and things they go through, and because of this ,I do not at all like to be this person to do this. However, WE also deserved basic decency and respect. Dunkin has always been a family favorite of mine and I hope the morale of this location changes.
