- JHJames Harison6 days ago1.0The staff member helping me first said "What do you want" in an incredbly rude tone, I then asked for a bowl and white rice she did the standard size scoops of rice and then took some off the top and put it back where it came from (keep in mind you can get extra rice free of charge so no reason for her to take it off), she then gave me two very small scoops of chicken when I asked for double chicken and half of one of hese scoops fell onto the counter (that was dirty with other food) before she put it back in my bowl. Overall, very small portions, dirty food, and rude service from the one female staff member helping me. This all occurred with no one behind me and two hours before closing so there was no need to rush.

- BKBilly KreissFeb 10, 20261.0The worst portion size I’ve ever received. Went on Sat Jan 31 at around 8:30-9. Got a steak bowl, worker gave me a single, flat scoop of dry, bottom of the pan steak. All I could do was scoff and sigh. I wasn’t going to give him any problems, I’m sure the employees get complaints all day long. Pretty sad state of affairs this company has created. A large majority of customers unhappy with their experiences and portion sizes. And on top of that the store was completely filthy and disgusting. Floors dirty, every table filthy with food debris or spills or they were sticky. Absolutely horrendous. Honestly this wasn’t even the worst. Newtown, PA was even dirtier on a weekday. Won’t be craving this food for a looooong time and will never return to this one. They should use proper concave portion control spoon. 5-6 oz meat per bowl or burrito, keeps it more accurate and not left up to employee discretion. Not a flat serving spoon that barely fits anything.
