They then proceeded to provide me a cup and after I began to drink my beverage they yanked it out of my hands and yelled at me, telling me I didn’t order a cup. Mind you, the lady handed it to me and I said I don’t think I ordered this and she blatantly ignored me. If I’m already drinking how are you going to take it away when you offered it??? I refuse to support a business who is this disrespectful to their customers. Their service has been on a constant decline and in fact started giving people food to post fake positive reviews. 0/10 experience
- SYSungmo YeonOct 24, 20251.0No consistency whatsoever with portions and service is so slow with pickup orders. I ordered two bowls, one Chicken + Rice bowl and one Grain Bowl with Chicken. It’s essentially the same thing. The Grains Bowl comes with a huge portion of rice at the bottom. Chicken + Rice Bowl comes with about one third of the rice in Grains Bowl. It’s a messy sauce bowl in the end as there is not enough rice. As others are pointing out, the promised pickup time is never kept. Mine said pick up at 12:45pm. I got mine at 1:05pm. I placed order at 12:30pm. You’d get served faster if you sat down at a restaurant. There are literally just two people working on pickup orders, while the walk-in counter has three.
