  Bad customer service experience. I came here again to give them a chance but these ladies are rude and don’t understand half of what you asked them for. I will never come here again. Ive never been treated so bad especially when I’ve been to this Dunkin’ multiple times. The change of staff is awful. You lost a customer and I will review this Dunkin’ on other platforms to let people know to stay away from the Bergen town center one. Do better for your customers at the end of the day we are the ones that keep your business running.

  My favorite Dunkin! I usually just do a pick up order, but whenever I see the team at this location, they always bring a smile to my face and brighten up my mornings - they are all so nice and welcoming. When I do walk in order, they are all extremely helpful with all of my questions, haha. I really love coming here and it is so convenient since I work in BTC. The District Manager/owner [?] is also very kind when I see him. Always a great experience here. Thank you for everything! :)

  HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOINT. SERVICE IS HORRIFIC. TRYING TO CHARGE A CUP OF WATER FROM TAP! GIVE ME A BREAK.
