    The employees could have been friendlier and more attentive. They were cold and unwelcoming. When I needed to pay for a bottled drink, I stood at the counter for several minutes while multiple employees passed me from both directions. The donuts are WAY smaller than they used to be, but still pretty decent.

    Only one person is working and there’s no one else. You end up waiting an extremely long time for your order to be prepared — this is absolutely unacceptable!!

    Denied cream cheese inside bagel twist, reason provided they don’t have slicer. Mini bagels were not toasted properly.

    Always understaffed and the young girl who works there has zero knowledge of what customer service is. Used to stop here all the time but i will no longer give this location my money out of principle.
