  I absolutely love CAVA. Everything about it is consistently great—from the fresh, crisp salads to the flavorful lentils, diverse protein options, and endless variety of toppings. There’s truly something for everyone. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Their house-made juices are a must-try—fresh and delicious every time. It does get busy during lunchtime, but the line moves quickly thanks to their efficient team. I also really appreciate the wide range of healthy options, making it easy to eat well without sacrificing flavor. The food is always fresh and reasonably priced—definitely one of my go-to spots!

  With very few people in line they still couldn't serve food in line, it dragged and customers were ignored. But, the worst is how dirty this Cava is...the rug in front of the drinks had so much garbage on the floor it was bad and employees walked past it to fill drinks for takeout, bathrooms dirty, the tables were so sticky that I spray cleaned them and they remained sticky...how???

  I start ordering my bowl and there was no white rice Available, I was told it would be 10 minutes to wait for the white rice to come out and I was fine with that. After waiting for 5 minutes the lady tells me that there’s no white rice after telling me that there is. I end up getting the brown rice because apparently there wasn’t “white rice” and right after I’m done ordering my bowl they bring out the white rice…..Just ridiculous that she would lie to my face over some rice that I didn’t mind waiting for.

  Good food, but the service completely ruins the experience. Mobile order was 10+ minutes late while walk-ins were served first. No apology, no communication, and a poor attitude from staff. If you’re going to offer mobile ordering, at least respect customers’ time.

  The custom bowl option here is very generous and lets you choose a lot of different ingredients, plus up to three dips, which I really like. The ingredients are fresh and tasty, and it’s easy to put together a satisfying meal. They do get very busy during lunch hours, so be prepared for a bit of a wait. If you order ahead through the app, it’s also a good idea to double-check your order. I’ve ordered several times in advance and the pita bread was missing each time, so I had to ask for it. One other thing I noticed is that the tables often feel sticky, even when I’ve seen staff wipe them down. Overall the food is good, but there are a few small details that could be improved.
