The workers are so friendly and I want to note that for sure! But there is no cream cheese on the bagels anymore. I even asked for extra and it didn’t even cover one side of the bagel. Still has a chemical taste to hash browns and everything else… think I might go to Pennsauken instead.

Check your receipts the people here tend to cancel your converted points on the app and charge the regular price when it is supposed to be discounted. Very shady people.

I went over to grab a coffee this morning. Usually the girls are okay- sometimes on their phones and ignore you but it's close. Today, there was an extremely rude man who appeared to be the owner yelling at the woman in front of me in line because her donut was hard. He was literally hostile to her. Who acts like this? What kind of customer service is this? I watched the girl pay for her items and toss the donut right into the trashcan. Who is this man? He certainly doesn't belong dealing with paying customers. They'll never get another dime from me after witnessing that. I was probably already annoyed because they seem to open whenever they feel like it anyway but this was so out of line. Just go down the street and hopefully it will go back to being s convenience store.

With my friend today. She ordered a donut that was so tiny but very hard and stale. She said to me alone, "wow, this is so hard". I can see if she was complaining or upset to one of the staff but she wasn't- she never said a word except to me. Out of nowhere, a man in a button down shirt appears all angry having a fit that that donuts are not stale. No one asked him & spoke to him. Considering I felt it (yes it was like a little rock) & he didn't... We know they're not baked on premise, he was so out of line for his treatment of a paying customer. Reading these reviews, this man does not deserve our money. That was bottom feeder customer service that we paid for only to be thrown out after getting yelled at. Yo guy, next time offer a different donut or a refund. Feel the quarter sized donut with 1/2 oz of jelly in it yourself before you say you're not selling crap donuts then yelling at customers who don't even complain to you. You won't last long anyway. The reviews about you are garbage and that guy is scary angry.

Stale donut. I say nothing except to my friend privately how hard it was but an aggressive man I assume is the owner pops out of nowhere & YELLS at me they're not stale. Well, I paid for it, bit into it & it was hard. IT WASNT FRESH AT 9AM. All he had to simply do was to feel the bag that it was in to feel how hard it was. No refund, just some aggressive owner with a horrible attitdue. This is why you'll be the 20th business to occupy this spot. Terrible- go to the other one & get this angry weirdo out of our nice town. This guy has no place in any sort of customer service and that is well reflected on the reviews here. Please don't give him your money. He didn't give me mine back for a donut that I threw right in the trash 🤷♀️
