Horrible service. The employees have a poor work ethic and were very dismissive. I waited 20 minutes just to order fries while no one was at the register. Everyone was running around with no organization. Completely unacceptable.

This location is very bad. I want to give my honest review. The food is good as any Wendy’s chain would be, however this location is well known for its milestone in the community. I’ve been to this location as a kid and it was very pleasant growing up. Today and many other days I’ve experienced bad attitudes from the Manager at the time I didn’t know was the manager. I ordered three biggie bags and a junior bacon cheeseburger. When asked what sauce I wanted I said honey mustard, and sweet and sour. We only got one sweet and sour sauce and when I asked for more honey mustard I was charged a 1.00$ for two more honey mustard sauce. There were three orders and we were only given two sauces and I paid for two extra sauces. I went back to order later that night in less than two hours and asked for a sauce after I paid because I was afraid of retaliation to my food. The guy at the window gave a hard time giving me one complimentary sauce for the error on my last order even though I showed him my credit card statement showing I was they less than two hours ago and explained he forgot to give me sauce for one of my orders and charged me for additional sauce. After getting the sauce I was so disappointed and disgusted with the attitude of the manager. This place really needs new management and if you keep this Manager on duty it will show over time how he continues to treat the customers. Thank you Wendy’s for giving me a bad experience at this location, this was a life learning lesson.

My family cost this Wendy’s today and the service was horrible I ordered 5 biggie bags I asked that all my sandwiches be made into deluxe and add bacon I was asked to wait behind the pole because of a timer and when I got home to separate my order the entire order was wrong I spent a total of $32.84 just to be disappointed my burgers came with just meat cheese and buns no sauce no condiments no bacon my fries were half full and the food was not hot , needless to say I traveled across town for this food so to drive back was not in my plans however I did try to call the store , no one answered. The food was not good the service was poor and I won’t be ordering here ever again.
