I pulled up to the window and like 4 employees are just standing there in a huddle talking and after I paid she made me reverse back and when the order was ready she was going to tell me to pull up. Never in my life have I ever experienced this. Why do you want to reverse? She lucky I had paid already bc I would’ve just drove away. This really thru me off from ordering my food to the end bc mid order she tells me to hold on and I had to keep repeating myself and wanted to get an attitude when I put a tone in my voice for continuously repeating myself. I really wanted to ask her why she wanted me to reverse but my husband told me it wasn’t worth it. I don’t know what they did to my order. I threw it out. Waste of $24. never going there again.
