  The service is fine when they’re open, but they tend to close early. If it’s 15 minutes to closing, you might want to try somewhere else.

  I really wish this dunkin location in east orange was better managed. There's always an adorable inside, and theres never any seating available for paying customers.(I witnessed this happening) people come in and sit without buying anything, so customers who actually purchase food and drinks have to either stand or take their order to go. The table and chair are almost always dirty during my visits, and the food is often prepared and presented carelessly. These ongoing issues reflect a lack of attention to cleanliness and customer experience. The one consistent positive is the quality of the coffee. I hope management takes steps to improve cleanliness, organization, and seating availability for customers.

  The ladies that work here are so professional and deliver quick service! They work well as a team and when im in a hurry this is my go to Dunkin Donuts

  Since Teresa took over as manager of this Dunkin' donuts has been a major change customers come in and get served with the best quality of people behind the counter who are very friendly and very classy

  I ordered food at 8 AM. It tasted pretty good. Workers are pretty quick, no interaction cause I picked up my order. They forgot my egg on my sausage egg and cheese croissant, it still tasted good, but my egg 😪. I had to go home first, or else I would've asked them to give me eggs.
