  Very confused… I usually go to this wendy’s all the time and have no issue, but today was a completely different story. i ordered my normal 10 pc nugget combo and didn’t think much of it, but when i got home, the problems started. there was some mystery sauce smeared all over my fry container (mind you, i didn’t order any sauce, nor was any in my bag.) sorta gross, but whatever, things happen, right? but then, in my ONLY VANILLA FROSTY. let me specify, JUST VANILLA, there was strange brown stuff at the bottom that was NOT throughout the frosty. what was it, rust? chocolate? feces? don’t know, and definitely didn’t want to test. attached photos. i’d stay away if you don’t want strange, gross liquids all in your wendy’s food.

  The two girls working the drive through window are NASTY NASTY NASTY. Snotty faces, no thank you or youre welcome when we said thank you, not even a hint of a smile. I asked for an extra dressing for my salad, specified which one, and she gave me a nasty look and still handed me the wrong dressing. I went in for the correct one and she looked at me like I was crazy for going in to get the right dressing. Then I call to attempt to speak to a manager and a guy picks up the phone with a bored sounding “hello”…I said hello…? He said, hello Wendy’s. I responded, what’s your name? He said you can probably hear me but I can’t hear you, and hangs up. Most unprofessional staff ever! Today is 1/31 and this all occurred around 7pm. Whoever is working there now is horrible!

  Horrible. They hang up on you because they don't want to deal with you and claim they cant hear you.
