- ARAndrew ReiffMar 22, 20261.0Arrived at 7:55 with a party of 5. Employee took over 20 minutes to make 5 subs. And intentionally was making people keep switching off in ordering rather than Just working 1 sub at a time which would actually make sense. When we went to sit down at 815 the employee said that the dining room was closing in 2 minutes. They said it was closed because they had already cleaned it and didnt want to have to clean it again. It says NO WHERE IN THE STORE that the dining room closes a full 45 minutes before closing. If that is truly the policy, then it should have been communicated upfront rather than waiting until we purchased a bunch of food. Completely rude.

Sometimes employees are in the back and don’t even hear you come in, I had to loudly clear my throat to gain his attention. Don’t waste your time at this specific subway, go to another one.
