- KRKatia RiveraOct 1, 20251.0Ordered online, the Bogo deal, waited in the dining area because they told me I had to wait until they get the order details since I was early. As I am waiting they cancel my order and said “Subway” cancelled it and I had to call subway. Meanwhile I am in subway. Then they said they have a problem with the BOGO1 promotion. So why did they make me wait?! Go to the other subway in East Brunswick.

One at register the other near sandwich station, he was staring at me so I assumed okay I’ll order, after I told him what I wanted he said wait so I did. The other guy comes over and I tell him my order and he comes out with the bread that’s COVERED in MOLD. I said is that mold? And he said no it’s fresh, i said I’m not eating that. He noticed and gave me a new one. While he’s doing that I seen the WHOLE rack of MOLDY bread and he just threw it out. I was kinda hesitant still, but I was like okay no biggie he got “fresh” ones from a different oven. Next day I wake up feeling so sick, must have been the meat or something, they are not fresh at all. I love Subway, but this location I’m staying away from.

The store is supposed to close at 10PM but at 9:20 they start saying that they’ve started wrapping up and will not take customers even if they’ve been standing in line. This branch is gunna ruin Subway’s brand recognition if they keep this behavior up
