    Leaving 1 star for the employee by the name of Deana. Not sure if I spelled it right but she was the rudest employee I’ve ever dealt with at a Dunkin’ Donuts. I work in the area and come to this location frequently and I love the staff and location. My coffee is always great and everyone is always polite. But Deanna had the rudest mouth I’ve ever come across. We simply forgot to order 1 donut and my husband politely asked if we could add it to the order when we got to the window, we did not ask for a meal to be made or anything hot to be added just a simple ONE donut. And Deana looked at him and said “ oh did you already drive past the speaker? Do you drive past the speaker? And you want to add something? But you drove past our speaker right? “ unbelievably RUDE. Implying that we already missed our chance to order. Her attitude does not represent what customer service is all about. Completely disgusted wit how we were treated over a single donut.

    The worst service rude nasty clueless mess up every order gave several chances but the last time wanted a hot black tea I received a hot cup of bleach water I'm guessing they where cleaning machines and flushing with bleach solution and forgot then just poured a cup then got mad when I expressed my concern

    There is always an issue when ordering frozen coffee. They will give it to fully liquid and not care. Please fix your frozen coffee machine or train your employees to put more ice in it. Its not hard.
