Aaron was phenomenal. The customer service was excellent, and he was very responsive. We got our food fast, and it tasted delicious. He went above and beyond to make the Dunkin experience great. Give this man a raise.

Incredibly impossibly slow. Put a mobile order in, drive over 10 minutes later, still waiting 5-10 for two iced coffees and donuts.

My recent visit to this location was extremely disappointing. Upon entering, I found the counter empty, as the single employee was preoccupied with their cellphone and did not acknowledge me for several minutes.
When they finally came to assist me, I was shocked to find numerous flies buzzing around the counter. I had to swat them away just to get to the ordering area. The unsanitary conditions made me feel uneasy and ultimately prevented me from ordering the donuts I had come for.
The lack of attention from the employee and the significant cleanliness issue made for a very poor experience. I hope the management addresses these problems.
