Upon entering, I found the counter empty, as the single employee was preoccupied with their cellphone and did not acknowledge me for several minutes. When they finally came to assist me, I was shocked to find numerous flies buzzing around the counter. I had to swat them away just to get to the ordering area. The unsanitary conditions made me feel uneasy and ultimately prevented me from ordering the donuts I had come for. The lack of attention from the employee and the significant cleanliness issue made for a very poor experience. I hope the management addresses these problems.
