When I tried to address the issue with the manager, I was met with indifference and a lack of attention and he was too busy to listen and he thought that i’m calling him to get a credit!! . Overall, I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Initially, we received meat on our veggie topping pizza, and every time, the pizza base was undercooked. This time, the pizza was half-cooked and raw inside. We put it in the oven, hoping it would improve, but it didn't. When we called the store to report the problem, instead of apologizing, the staff acted as if it wasn’t a big deal. They told us to come in for a replacement, but when we explained that we wouldn’t realize the issue until dinner time, they brushed us off, claiming it was our fault for waiting two hours. Their reasoning was baffling—how could they say that if we didn’t eat it right away, it would magically become uncooked? The person I spoke with claimed to be the assistant manager, and I can’t help but think that if Domino’s had competent management, their business would thrive. The staff here seem unaware of their responsibilities and need proper training in customer service and etiquette. It's disappointing that they can't simply acknowledge their mistakes and offer a solution. Overall, this experience has been beyond terrible. Not going to location any more done
