  Customer service isn't good. Theses young lady's working the drive through need training. We pulled into the drive thru at this location on 2/15/26 around 430pm. Waited over 1 minute before someone spoke through the intercom. I was greeted with " how can I help you"? I placed order and Waited awkwardly for her response telling me to drive to the window or would that be all? Instead I got the silent treatment leaving me to assume to drive up. Then when I got to the window I then said hello. The girl just looked at me with a blank stare and reached for my card. After taking payment she walked away and came back with my order, when passing it to me I said thank you and again another blank stare with no response. I pulled forward to check the order, took a sip of the coffee and it tasted horrible. I immediately circled back for a refund. At that time I was then greeted by another young lady with a nasty attitude telling me I JUST BREWED THAT COFFEE A FEW MINUTES AGO" and she is sorry but the coffee is fresh as she was getting ready to close the window on me. I had to repeat that i would like my money back and you can take back the coffee.. she cut her eye at me and manhandled the register as she went through it getting my change for the refund. As she gave me back my money I told her That the both of you need to learn customer service. Message to Management/owner. train these people before putting them at your window. Its not a good look for the business. Keep these two behind the scenes. Very rude.

  This has got to be one of the worst Dunkins in the area! Anytime you come here they never want to do anything the way you order it and if you ask them, they give you an attitude, need something done a little well done? Less ice in your drink. They just do not follow directions and then when you correct them, they give you a complete attitude. The workers are the rudest on first shift of any Dunkin in Old Bridge Sayreville or East Brunswick, I dread coming here. I actually go to a Dunkin’ Donuts farther away because of the horrible customer service here and this one is close to my house.

  Love this dunkin donuts. Everytime I order my food is hot! My iced caramel latte is ice cold. But most importantly, theres a young man by the name of Cesar who works there. I can NOT say enough about his overall representation of Dunkin Donuts. It is amazing. And ive been to millions of different locations for easily over 2 decades. Not once have I ever felt the need to leave a review. Let alone a kind one but I feel these are more important than the bad ones. He is super on top of everything in a timely manner and absolutely by far one of the friendliest people ive encountered. They should have him train people.
