  If I could give 0 stars I would. I just left this dunkin where I ordered my usual drink of a small Iced Matcha Latte with no ice. Whom I assume was the manager hands me my drink barely half full, and I asked why is it like this? He said “this is all the machine gives you with a small drink”. Which that’s a complete lie because I’ve always seen at Dunkin they hand pour your drinks, not a “machine” pour. I’ve never received my order barely half full, it’s always been filled to the top. When I tried to explain that to the guy he argued with me saying that’s not true and that’s not how it is. Why is it that if we order an ice drink it’s served barely half full but if I order a hot drink it’s filled to the top? I should’ve asked for a refund. I’m never coming back to this location. Terrible experience, terrible customer service.

  Bad service I’m here waiting waiting for my order I got my ice coffee and Orange juice and no food I ordered 6$ meal and dude said I gotta pay again smh this isn’t the first time

  This Business seems to think that they are the only Dunkin’ Donuts in the area. So if they are inhospitable and unappreciated for your business, they should think again. I walked in for a sandwich, meal, donuts, and munchkins, I asked for a sample munchkin, of a new “wedding cake” flavor, and they couldn’t even spare a 10 cent munchkin. I am so I’m so happy that I left them with nothing and I just drove five minutes to the next Dunkin’ Donuts who seemed extremely happy for my business and very appreciable. The first Dunkin couldn’t even explain what the flavor was like which they insisted on trying to describe instead of letting us try it. She said it’s like a regular munchkin with wedding cake sprinkles which is still quite ambiguous. The next Dunkin’ Donuts was happy to give us a sample and it was a blueberry munchkin with sprinkles on the outside. I was happy to buy three other munchkins, including the one that I sampled. Dunkin’ Donuts are a dime a dozen in a radius of 5 miles. I will not spare a single one of my dimes for any DND that are not accommodating for their patrons. I hope this review resonates to management and upper management.

  I wish I can give them negative stars. I ordered Medium Hot Light Coffee and was handed Medium Iced Coffee instead, when complained I was told to order new hot coffee. DD is becoming unfriendly these days!!
