  If you know your going to be busy in the morning then get more workers, 20 mins for 1 hot coffee and 1 cold drinks is wild

  I go to this dunkin regularly, as the main Dunkin by my school I like to go in the mornings before school starts. I order 15-20 minutes prior to make sure that when I get there around 7:00 it's on the shelf and ready to pick up so I can drive over to school. Every week, I go in to get my drink and it's almost ready but never actually ready until I ask. This service is horrible, I walked in to pick up my order to which I had ordered well in advance, when I got there my order was not ready and I was told that someone took my order, to which I had said I had never received it and the older gentlemen told me I was lying. I asked if they can make it because I had to go to school and they reluctantly made my order, and gave me less than the 25 munchkins. There is 3 people working, the older gentlemen only works at the food part and even when there is a line he will just stand in front of the oven like it will cook any faster. The ladies just walk back and forth sometimes just stare at you and never actually make the drinks, they wait and wait some more until they finally make it after five minutes at just looking at you. The manager was sitting in back not helping her staff when it was busy. I understand that there is a massive in flow of people in the mornings, however the customer service is little to none. They don't respect anyone's time, and seem taken aback when you ask where your order is. As a paying customer, I fail to understand why they don't show any urgency or kindness. I appreciate all the work they do, working a job like that in the morning is hardwork but people rely on you and your rude, inefficient, and ill mannered attitude will only make the situation worse. If you want to grab and drink and need to go, or are in a rush don't bother coming, you're better off going to farther one. America runs on dunkin, is clearly not their motto.

  I order from this Dunkin quite often since it's the closest to me and I pass it every morning. When I order, I make sure to place the order a good 15-20 minutes before I get there, to ensure it's ready. When I get to the pickup shelf, the order has only ever been ready once or twice. 15 minutes to make a drink is absurd. If I order more than one item that requires a bag, it's usually missing. I asked for the item I was missing yesterday, and the woman was trying to tell me I already got it, to which I showed her that I did not. She reluctantly gave it to me. It's always the same 3 people working in the morning on the same positions. You'd think they could've mastered them by now. It could be a staffing issue that lengthens the wait times, but if they just moved a little faster, there wouldn't be a crowd waiting around the pickup area every single morning. I get that it's a low wage job for some, but it really doesn't hurt to not ignore the customer, be a bit nicer, and pick up the pace.

  This place is awful, walked in to just order a French vanilla coffee with cream and sugar, no biggie right? What i got was an already made coffee, not fresh, for a pick up order and at the last second some French vanilla syrup added. No sugar nothing, like if I wanted to waste my money I would’ve just ripped it up. America runs on Dunkin? I certainly hope not with this service
