Placed an order, was charged and then checked on line almost an hour later to find that it had not even been started. Tried to call but it’s not possible to speak to a human. You just get an “Ai assistant” that takes your info and promises a return call. Well it’s now almost 2 hours post order time and still no call. They’re going down the same path every other fast food chain has travelled; too big too fast. They simply can’t keep up or be bothered to answer the phone. I, for one will stop calling.
